On Monday I really overdid the squats and lunges in combination. Tuesday and yesterday my legs were really sore, so I hit the gym for some moderate cardio and concentrated on working my upper body and abs. Today my legs feel much better (although still slightly sore) but I have The. Most. Annoying. Twitch! In my left glute.
Argh.
I'm sitting at my desk and it's just twitching away making me insane. I've gotten up and walked it, stretched it, even beat on it a little with my fist!
It just won't quit.
*sigh*
Go figure, huh? ON the funny side, I keep thinking about Meg Ryan in
