It is really hard to post "before" pictures when you have spent most of your life hiding from the camera. I have gone out of my way to NOT be in pictures. Quite frankly, it is a hard habit to unlearn. Even the goal pictures were painful
But, if posting my story and pictures helps anyone here, it is worth the pain. It is a small price to pay for all of the help and support I have received over the last year here at 3FC.
Thank you so much for sharing your story. When I found 3FC a couple of days ago I was I such denial. I thought I was around 200 and went to the scale to post my weight for a blog and it said 221! Wow what a shock! I am 35 and my story is much like yours.(great husband and kids, cute "fat girl cloths") But I too want more. I want after pics. You helped me so much...Thank you
Please don't take offense to this: The pic in the before looks like she could be your mom. You seriously took about 15 to 20 years off your age. You look wonderful, and I hope you are flaunting what you got left!
I love your pictures; I'm sorry posting them was difficult because I think they very inspirational. It is great to be able to see the whole transformation. You look just fabulous in the after pictures. You look younger, you're standing up straighter, and you look so fit and healthy, not too mention thin! You accomplished so much; you must feel really good about that.
Not only did you take pounds off and take years off your life by getting fit and healthy but, you look about fifteen years younger! Your waist is very small now.
You definitely look amazing! It's also surprising how many years you can shave off your life just by losing weight -- heck, I'm only 21 and I get frequently mistaken for a high school kid now You've done an outstanding job. You have a great fashion sense, too!
