Sherberts
ORANGE SHERBERT
1 package unflavored gelatin
1 cup water
1 teaspoon orange extract
2-3 drops orange food coloring
25 drops stevia liquid extract
1 packet sweetener
2 cups heavy cream
• Soften gelatin in 1 cup water for 1-2 minutes, then heat
and stir until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Add
extract, food coloring, sweeteners and cream to the gelatin
and whisk well. Cool in freezer until almost solid and then
beat with an electric mixer until it is fluffy in consistency.
Return to freezer and complete freezing. Serve.
