Question Protein Shakes

I am wanting to try SB. I like quick breakfast ideas. I have a protein shake but I cannot find any information in the SBD supercharged book that will direct me in how to know if the shake is ok. Any ideas or places I could look for more information?

Thanks

First of all to The Beach. This is THE place for information.
What are the ingredients in the shake mix? Post those and we'll check it out.

Default Protein shake ingredients

I love this one - no artificial taste.

Protein Delite (I order from Nutritiongeeks.com)
made with splenda
1 scoop:
calories - 120
total fat - 2g
cholesterol - 25mg
sodium - 30mg
potassium - 310mg
total carb - 6g
fiber - 1g
sugars - 4g
protein - 20g

(whe protein, milk protein, calcium casienate, chocolate pieces, cocoa powder, sugar, xantahn gum, natural and artificial flavors, potassium chloride, acesulfame potassium, spelnda, natural plant enzyme (aminogen).

Let me know if you need any more info.
How can I figure this out for myself? Is there a magic calculator?

No magic calculator. You really should not have chocolate on Phase I.
Maybe you could save this for Phase II and make yourself some of the quick, easy and freezable quiche cups. I am assuming you have the book and have read it but we do have a great recipe section here. Also, wander over to the Phase I thread for more ideas.
