Default Advice needed!!! Vaginal Discharge

Hello Ladies, I really need advice regarding this issue. I have been doing some intense circuit training/ step classes and had some lower back pain and some cramps and its not even that time of the month. Yesterday, I stopped my workout and kept having cramps. Later that night, I had light brownish / pinkish discharge. It did not last long. Could this be from the intense workout? Have anyone had anything like this in the past?
Please HELP!!!!!

Do you have an IUD? Any chance you could be in early pregnancy?

See your doctor or a clinic in any case. No one here can tell you what is causing this.

I agree with Jayell...definately go to a dr to make sure its nothing serious. Always better to find out its a simple thing..then put it off and find out its something major.

Well I don't have IUD and not sexually active.
I am relatively young 22 yo so I am kind of relieved that it should not be anything that's really serious!! well, I hope!

Same thing happened to me yesterday and I'm still 2-3weeks away from my period (if I even get it). It was really light but was gone this morning. I didn't have any cramps though.

I have this some months at ovulation time.
I don't worry about it---but that's me.
It's usually only once when I go to the bathroom and I kind of do a double-take. So, it is kind of startling.
I'll mention it to my gyno next month and see what she says (if I can remember).
If you are concerned or it keeps happening more and more definately see your Dr.

I strongly urge you to at least call your doc and get his/her opinion

Here's an article I found by googling "mid cycle spotting" :
http://www.howtodothings.com/health-...-spotting.html

Exercise and dieting can be possible causes.

If you are using birth control pills, that might also cause breakthrough bleeding.
