Hi. I am new, here and would like to introduce myself. I decided that this time around in my weight loss odyssey (and boy, is it ever an odyssey! ) what I really needed and wanted was a place where I could give and receive solid support to and from others like me.

I researched a bunch of weight loss support forums, lurked on several that caught my eye and decided that this one felt the most informative, comfortable, friendly, supportive and fun.

I am really looking forward to getting to know this site and the people who inhabit it.

You've found the very best of the best!! Everyone here is absolutely fantastic and their advice is golden! I love it here! There are so many inspirations and not just those who have lost and kept it off but those who take a few steps back and have the motivation and drive to keep going!! I've learned a lot from this place and without it I'm not sure if I'd still be losing!

Thank you. I have a lot of reading to do... There is a ton of great info on this site and I really want to mine it and make use of it.

Hi. I am working on portion control, making smart food choices and counting calories. I need to start exercising. Housework helps, but I need more.
