Down less than a lb to 331.6. Yep, I had to restart my restart. This is a lot harder than it used to be (pre-baby). I've been eating terribly (out of convenience), but it's grocery store time, so I will stock up on the good stuff.
Down 1 pound to 269. Not as much as I wanted, but still good. I'm really concentrating on learning what works for me and what doesn't, and evaluating things that still may need to change in order for me to be successful. I have to confess, it's not really fun thinking about what MORE changes I may need to make!
Weighed in this morning and I have lost 2lbs this week. I have now just lost 8 stone (stone =14lbs) never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would lose that much.
I'm back at my ticker weight Last week I was up 5 pounds... not a real gain after my birthday... but depressing enough. I'm not happy with the power the scale has over me.. but it's getting better! and congrats purple way to go
Only lost 1/2 a pound this week. I do feel bloated though, so maybe i'm holding some water weight. Last week was a four pound loss which was huge for me. Usually it's two pounds at the most. It all seems to balance out to between 6-8 pounds lost per month so I guess it's all good.
