Hello every body!
Thought I'd pop in and join you all....since I have a loooong way to go.
I need to lose around 112, so I really could do with all the encouragement I can get...and so many of you are doing so well!

I've been doing the WW 'points' diet for 10 days now, and have lost 8lbs.
So....I'll be seeing you all often and for a long time to come I should think.

Sugar D!! You will love everyone on this site, they are so supportive and filled with valuable information. The best advice I could give you is to read the boards everyday and when you have a slip up (because we all do at times), get right back on track. I've had many days when I've gone overboard, but I always got back on track within a day or 2 and have reached my goal weight as of this morning. You can do it too Hope to see your future posts soon!
