Red face Anyone tried Cathe Friedrich dvd's?

I've heard good things about her dvd's . Has anyone tried them? I guess the only thing about them that is holding me back is that i have to go out and buy a "step". Trying to decide to go for it or maybe buy some Billy Blanks Tae Bo and not need equipment.

appreciate any input.....thanks , Laura x

I do her workouts on FitTV and love them! Billy Blanks is good also and you can get that free when you go to You Tube. The whole workout is there and so is his Ab Bootcamp!

lol the step isn't what's scaring me... it's the BARBELLS!.
though that's a pretty high step. but i bet if you get the firm fanny lifter, that kinda works eh?

I do not do barbells, I do not have any lol so I just use my hand held weights. You can modify the workouts to make them work for you. Hers are great but some I am just not into
