OMG... I just did the Power 90 (ab ripper 100) workout and it tore my abs up! I've never broken a sweat from doing ab stuff, but this one got me good! It's now going to be part of my routine!

Hi I got the Power 90 dvds but I can't find anywhere the exercise program... what should I do in what day?? for how long?? when change to dvd2 ??

alternate...

day 1 - cardio 1-2 + ab ripper 100
day 2 - sculpt 1-2
.
.
.
day 7 - rest. after day 7, repeat process like day 1.

you can switch to the 2nd dvd whenever you feel like you've really mastered the first dvd. there's a guide on the p90 website under customer service knowledge base.
