My summer goals....
Continue steady weight loss of 10-12 pounds per month
1. Work out 5 days a week (at least 2 of the following each day)

A. Elliptical 30 minutes
B. Biking 6 miles or more (approx 30 minutes)
C. Strength training (30 minutes)
D. Water Aerobics (30 Minutes) To start when pool warms up
2. Stay On Plan eating
So Far so good
A. Log Food Intake
B. 1550 calories a day
C. 15-45 "countable" carbs per meal
D. Balance carbs with protien
E. Veggies, Veggies, Veggies
F. Water, lots of water
Clean and organize scrapbook room
Work in Progress
Keep gardens weeded, watered and pest free

Clean aquarium and get some new fish (this is a 100 saltwater aquarium, not as easy as it sounds)
