Word of advice. Weighing on more than one scale (and especially random grocery store scales that are probably NEVER calibrated) will drive you insane. I know that my home scale and the gym scale will never read the same number. I know my home scale is correct and only *trust* that one to gauge gains and losses. I use the gym scale due to lack of self control I just can't help it! But I don't let it get to me because it isn't accurate against my home scale.

I used to weigh at Publix. it was lower than the scale at the gym. Eventually I just went by the one at the gym.

I bought a scale, and it read lower than either Publix or the gym, but that was first thing in the morning.

Bottom line is: Choose one scale and stick to it, and always weigh at the same time of day wearing close to the same clothes.
