Default Kashi 7 Whole Grain Pilaf

Just wanted to run this by you guys to make sure it's SBD friendly. I bought Kashi 7 whole grain pilaf.
The ingredients are:
Whole Oats
Whole Long Grain Brown Rice
Whole Rye
Whole Hard Red Winter Wheat
Whole Titracale
Whole Barley
Whole Buckwheat
Whole Sesame Seeds

Has 170 calories & 6G fiber per 1/2 cup serving
Sugar 0G
Fat 3G
Protein 6G

It looked OK to me. I've eaten it in the past in the Kashi frozen dinners and it's really yummy.

Looks good. I must see if I can get it up here in The Great White North where the temperature is going to the mid-90s today!

Spryng, the food list was revised. Check out the Phase II Revised Foodlist in the FAQ.

I got it at a health food store - Better Herbs. But I think Kashi products are widely available.

Spryng, do not do Phase I longer than the two weeks. You will be missing too many nutrients. It is not for just weightloss but for detoxing.
