Hello, I'm new at this. I've seen the trackers in SBD message boards and noticed the 3FC's website over them. That got me interested, so I came check the site out. I read some of the post and decided to join. I've been on the scale roller coaster of years. I'm tried of seeing it going down just to go back up. It's making me sick, all this up and down. I do know I seem to do better when I read other peoples success stories. When I stop reading those few pounds back. So now I decided to take things a little further and join a support group. I look forward to meeting new friends.

Thanks I think so. I've been working on my own again for a few months with very little success. I do have something going for me now. My boyfriend decided to join SBD on his own with or without me. So of cause I'm with him on that. So now I'm hoping with him trying SBD things should go the right way for both of us. I joined 3FC's for more support and maybe I can get the help to keep supporting him also.
