I love lifting weights

I used to really push myself, but I got burnt out. So I switched to an easier way where I cycle the amount of weight up, then after 4 weeks I drop the weight back down again. Results appear to be the same. I learnt it from Hypertrophy Specific Training (HST). There is an excel spreadsheet posted on one of the HST forums there which makes calculating everything very easy once you learn how to do it. I also just use the 5 rep range to make it even easier
