Last night was Salmon grilled on a cedar plank, whole wheat penne with pesto, tomatoes, shredded carrots, green onions, diced red, yellow and orange peppers and a little crumbled fat free feta cheese, roasted asperagus and fresh strawberries with fat free yogurt.
