I just put seasoning salt on mine and fry it in EVOO and a little bit of lemon juice. YUM. A dill-yogurt sauce would be good.

Portobello Fajitas for me.

I had chicken with a laughing cow cheese alfredo like sauce with spinach and whole wheat pasta. It was yummy!!

DH came home with salmon. We grilled it outside with EVOO and dill. Also had salad and egg noodles.

I would love to have your recipes for stuffed pork tenderloin and chicken breasts.

Last night was Salmon grilled on a cedar plank, whole wheat penne with pesto, tomatoes, shredded carrots, green onions, diced red, yellow and orange peppers and a little crumbled fat free feta cheese, roasted asperagus and fresh strawberries with fat free yogurt.
