Default SBD crock pot recipes?

Wondering if there are SBD specific crock pot recipes. And, if I am putting FROZEN bl/sl chicken breasts/cutlets into slow cooker-- time suggestions too please?

For example, the dump chicken sounds great and easy but can anyone suggest how to adapt it for a slow cooker vs. baking in oven?

THX !

When I adapt recipes to a slow cooker, I just throw everything into the crock pot - I brown beef and pork first but it isn't necessary, I use frozen meat all the time. I usually cook it for 4-5 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Ours automatically shuts off when the set time is done, so it stays nice and warm but doesn't get overdone. Slowcookers are very forgiving. It is pretty difficult to mess anything up in them.

Also, I tried searching for the dump chicken recipe and didn't find anything.....post the recipe and I can give you specifics.

I like putting frozen chicken in with stewed tomatoes, black beans, salsa, taco spices, etc. I make it into a chicken mexican stew. But, you can also do less water and make chicken soft tacos with whole wheat tortialls. It's yummy!

the dump chicken recipe was found right here in sbd recipes.
Zeffryn, thanks for the frozen time assistance. That is very helpful to me!
NM, that does sound yum! If I were to use boneless breasts-- any tips?

ok- just checked sbd recipe, maybe it's not there. But I did get that from somewhere around here on 3fc. I saved the original site --Soopermom's OAMC pages. (once a month cook-- great, right?)

The dump chicken recipes are in the Freezer/Make Ahead Meals section of the recipes - there are some under PH1 and also some for PH2. I haven't tried them.
