Nori, 613 is the dewey decimal system for where to find all the cool health and fitness books in the non-fiction section of the library. It's where Bob would live in the library.
Francie, I would recommend BECOMING JANE, since I just finished watching it about an hour ago. Besides, it's priceless to see Anne Hathaway's black thong thru her victorian nighty at about 1:30 or so (she's writing at her desk). I don't know which upset me more the multitude of times I re-wound it to watch to see if I was crazy: that the editors and costume designer didn't catch this, or to realize that sweet, innocent, adorable Anne Hathaway wears a black thong!!!
Anyway, i could only find one post on the whole internet about it, so I guess not too many people caught it. At any rate, the movie got me thru 45 mins of my LAST CHANCE WORKOUT (for you TBL fans) tonite before the w/i tomorrow!

LMAO!!! Omg..thats great!!! I dunno though..after seeing her bare chest in Brokeback Mountain, I havent been able to watch The Princess Diaries, lol. I did just get done watching The Devil Wears Prada. I'll probably watch Becoming Jane tonight. I didnt realize they had thongs back then..lol. Oh ya..I heard that she was totally naked in another movie. Dunno which one it is though. Its like..yes, you have a nice chest. But you dont need to brag about it, lol!!

EXACTLY!!!! I was like, great, I could have lived with a bikini line or even seeing grandma panties if they intentionally were trying to increase box office tickets, but this just looked like some people were really sleeping in the editing room. And hello? Where was wardrobe helping her get dressed and not saying, umm, Anne, you think that black undergarment might cause some problems under the lights??? duh it's like the reverse of the hollywood flash syndrome, so you think they'd know!

I wonder what Miss Little Anne has to say for herself, lol. Maybe it was intentional. I dunno..I'll give you my opinion after I watch the movie. I'm gonna be looking for it now, lol.
Okay..off to watch the movie.

You ROCK! IS the Shred DVD a 30 minute workout - or one you can pick and choose like some of the other TBL dvd's. I take it it's a combo of cardio and body weight moves?

If you like to watch a lot of movies, subscribe to Netflix. For around $15-18/mo you can watch as many as you like. I don't know where in WA you are, but their hub here is in Tacoma, so if you're in SEA area (maybe you're in Bremerton because of USN base there?) there's a 1 day turn-around. Really fast!

Depends on the size of the egg and if you added anything in cooking. It usually gives the nutritional info on the egg carton I believe. I think large eggs are around 80 cal each. Not sure what you mean by "serving size"?

LOL, a thong, that's funny!! Thanks for the 612 clarification! I thought it was maybe the area code for where you lived, a hwy you lived on, an important number to do with NROL4W!! Are you still doing that program. I bought the book and am doing some of the exercises, but am not following his program.

Hi Ladies of the Blue!
I've had I really good couple of days. Sleeping okay, getting my exercise in, Staying OP...
Actually, some of you are going to hate me for this , but I've been having trouble eating all my WW points which is a big no no since it can slowdown your metabolism and make your body go into famine mode.
So in that vain, my mother and I met my grandpa at IHOP this morning for out weekly get together (we spend as much time with him as possible since Nana died last year ). I got my usual veggie scramble w/ eggbeater's and fresh fruit but in the effort to meet my points today I also ordered a side of corn-cake pancakes w/ NSA syrup . The whole thing was only about 6 points(I get 35/day since I'm 6' tall and 277 lb.). Oh man, was I stuffed. I was about ready to min after we left. I've only been OP for three weeks but it was the most I'd eaten in one sitting since I started . It is nice to know my stomach has shrunk a bit , but it was not a nice feeling.
I'm much better now. I waited two hrs then the 7 blocks to the Y, for 30 min, then back. I'm not bloated anymore.
Okay now I really have to get to work on the Environmental Bio project that I've been avoiding all day. I have to present it Tuesday.

Shopaholic, 1 large egg has 70 calories according to the egg carton. And as Nori mentioned once you start adding stuff to the eggs it increases the calories.
Amy, have fun in Mannum. It's sounds like fun And Congratulations on the car. I can totally understand your excitement for getting your own car. Red's my favorite color.
Sportmon, Haven't watched Becoming Jane yet. That's funny about the thong...I have to agree I don't think they had thongs back then That's a big editors mistake I think
Anybody has any plans for Cinco De Mayo? DH and I were thinking of going to our favorite Mexican restaurant Monday night with some friends. Of course, I'll try and be good but this place has excellent stuffed jalapeños... ummm good... they are filled with chicken. So hopefully I'll follow my diet as much as possible and not binge!!
Oh we watched Iron Man this morning (mornings are cheaper and less crowded) and the movie is pretty good. We liked the movie, kept us entertained for the entire 2 hours we were there. Robert Downey Jr was good and funny and Gweneth Paltrow looked good. And if you guys decide to go watch it please stay till the end of the credits. It's interesting!

Nori, not doing NROWL any longer bc the discussion on that forum really seems to reinforce it as more a refining program when you are close to goal than something to drop a ton of fat upfront. So I'm sticking with what I know has worked for me before, but I will bust it out when I'm closer to goal and needing to shake things up.

OMG, they didn't catch a black thong ! Sacrilege ! It hurts my little costume designer hart! I'm taking a historical costuming class right now and we can't even use fastenings that weren't available in the period ( no zippers for me). I bet the costume designer through a at Ann's dresser once someone finally caught it. I actually had a wardrobe supervisor bring an intern dresser to tears for doing something similar . Very bad techie's no biscuit!
