Default colored plans without lites

Hi everyone. I am having problems searching the forum. Can someone tell me what the Gold and Blue plan servings are without the lites? I need to do some experimenting, as I was not losing any weight, and I gave up.

Are you asking this:
What you would eat if you are normally on Gold plan with lites and you want to go it without lites? I would like to know the answer too. If using food servings only and not lites, which plan would you go to and how many servings do you get on that plan?
Sorry, I do not know the answer to that one.

I have the gold and the blue plan, and I really want to cut out the lites, due to all the sugars. I'm just not sure what foods to add. Please help!

Nikkelle and Holly:

When you cut out the Lites, the counsellors just bump you up a plan to accomodate the loss of the calories from the Lites. So, if you are on the Gold plan WITH the Lites, without the Lites, you would be on the Blue. If you are on the Blue WITH the Lites, without the Lites you would follow the Purple, etc.Does that make sense? I think that is what you are asking.

The Gold plan:
2P, 2S, 3V, 3F, 1D, 1Fat, 2 Lites

Bumping up to the Blue:
2.5P, 3S, 3V, 3F, 1D, 1Fat, (without the 2 Lites)

The Blue, Gold and Green protein sizes in each serving are:
Protein: 3 oz cooked beef, 5 ounces cooked chicken, 4 ounces cooked fish, 4 ounces cooked turkey, 1 veggie burger, 2 Tablespoons Low Fat PB)

Bumping from the Blue with lites up to the purple, there are different protein sizes in each serving: All the rest of the food groups are the same:
The Protein sizes for Purple and the Reds are:
At this point from the Purple through the Red, add 2 ounces of protein per serving, so the 5 ounces of chicken becomes 7, 3 ounces of beef become 5 ounces.:

Hope this helps.

Has anyone tried this and done the red plan w/o lites???? I am nervous to try that because it seems like a lot of food and 3 starches sound like a lot??
Anyone had any success?

Red is not really that much food when you look at it.

The 3 starches really aren't much, when you figure, 1 slice of bread, 6 crackers, and 1/3 cup of pasta, and you are done.

We go to Ruby Tuesday and I get the Ruby Mini's with the Saladbar and I put the burgers on 1 bun (1 starch) and have 1/2 a potato (2 starches), and the salad and I am done with 3 starches.

The amount you get with starch is not really that much, so it doesn't take long to go through 3 starches in a day.

If you have a sandwich with 2 slices of bread, it is 2 starches. I have even taken to eating my sandwiches open faced to spare the starches. I lost a ton on the Red plan and rarely ate the lites then. Since I left Pure, I have discoved the Luna bars and I really like them as a snack and eat them more now that before.

Kim,

I don't get 4 of them, I only get 2 with the salad bar and I only use 1 bun, not 2, and I don't put the condiments on them either. They also put the onion straws on them which are fried ... I don't eat those either.

I would hazzard a guess that my way is better than what you have above. You can generally make things better by making modifications and asking for things your way.

I don't think it is the burgers so much as the onion fries (which are basically smally onion rings not in rings) and the mayo based sauce that are really upping the calories and the fat.

Of course, I could be deluding myself
