Manic Monday Gallon Competetion
I think as a group we all do really well with a little bit of friendly competetion.
For today, let's compete just a little bit with our water. We all normally end up decreasing our water intake over the weekend because were so busy. So, today, let's shock our systems. Let's spend as much time as possible running to the good ole bathroom today. Hey, that's extra exercise too!
1 Gallon today. Seems like alot, too much to handle. But it's not when you break it down. 128 oz
Let's see who can hang

Okay...wanted to finish my coffee before I declared myself "in." I have a 32 oz. bottle that I use to gauge my water, so I guess I need to down four of those. I usually drink three.

I survived it and I drank a bit over the gallon too. I thought I was going to swell up with all of that water, but as soon as it went in, it was coming out.
You all did awseome!
I am shooting for it again today. Anyone in with me?

Ok, I'll do it with you again. It's now 10:16 am and nothing. But that is because I get weighed in in an hour and don't want to have that extra water. But I WILL be drinking LOTS, and LOTS when I get home.
