I'm going to do another week or so of P1, and then maybe morph into a P1.5 for awhile.
I had a rough weekend

Sweetlovin, it's suggested that we cut back on exercise during the first week of Phase I. Your body will have enough to do as it detoxes.

Hi everyone!! I am ready to start. I went to Walmart and got groceries. I am going to make a sausage breakfast casserole (not sure where I got the recipe). I have already planned out my snacks too. I think the reason I failed the last time was because I failed to plan. Good luck to everyone!!
Ruth-Thanks for posting that about cutting back on the exercise in P1, I had not read that anywhere-or at least I don't remember it.

Hey there all! I start with DH and fam. tomorrow. I have every meal planned out. We'll see how we (I) do!!! I'm excited... Went to the store got the groceries for the week. Got our waters. We're good to go! Now we just have to do it! What's really exciting is that there's so many other people starting at the same time!
YAY!!!

You know, I can't find the word about exercise in the book either. Perhaps I got the info from the official SBD website. Anybody else spot it?

Just a reminder to all chickies starting or restarting Phase I that we do eat carbs. This is a slow carb not a no carb plan. You need dairy and legumes or you may end up with the Phase I "flu".

I'm restarting today. Made the trip to the store on the way into work for my yogurt, celery and hummus. I also got smart and bought a 1L bottle of water - which I'll refill, just so its easier to keep track of my water consumption.
Wish me Luck!!!

Nellagirl, did you start today? I already wanted to cave due to my sinus are going crazy but all I needed to do was reread some posts and the motivation came back. Feeling the roll on my stomach was motivation too. Right now my biggest hurdle is eating breakfast and every four hours. I run a switchboard so its hard. Good luck to everyone today

I left my lunch money at school. I was going to have some nuts for a snack and maybe a small salad at my cafeteria
oh well. I guess I can go home and eat and it still counts even if im not eating at the exact times

Nope - it definitely was South Beach. I've been doing it for years.
Sweetlovin, it is important to plan ahead so you can eat at set times daily. This prevents blood sugar fluctuations.
