Default suggest a dvd for my other half

He's developed a beer belly and wants to get rid of it (yes ive told him to stop drinking so much beer )

He's a builder so gets a good cardio workout everyday and his arms and legs are quite toned its just his stomach he needs to tone up.

Can you suggest a good (short) dvd for him?

How well stock are the libraries around you? You might want to check out some dvds that include some ab workouts or perhaps some yoga.

Has he considered lite beer?

I see you are new.

My son has a bit of a bellie. Not much just the pinch an inch kind of thing on the sides. He has started using ( about 3 weeks ago ) my Walk Away The Pounds With Leslie Sansone For The Abs 10 Minutes Ab Buster ( You use the walk away the waistline belt with this video ). You can really see a difference on him. Now, since he noticed there are men in some of Leslie's videos ( Jim is great eye candy ) he has started to do those with me too.

For good ab workouts, I like the Firm 5-day abs. You get 5 different workouts, I think they're 10-15 minutes. They're actually chunks of old Firm videos put together. The intros to them are led by a man, which he might like, since usually the Firm videos are mostly for women. I haven't done it in a year or so, but I remember liking it.

To burn the belly fat, he's going to need to do more cardio, or eat less. The ab work won't get rid of the fat, it will just build and strengthen muscle under it.
