this is a wonderful snack for all diet plans i think
ok so i know yall love laughing cow cheese, so its not like i have some great new find, but wow, i put it on a latortilla factory 50 calorie wrap, i just spread it out and rolled it up, and well wow again, what a great snack for everyone! ww folks it's only one point, calorie counters its only 85 calories, and carb counters latortilla factory 50 cal wraps are a bread substitute and they have 8 grams of fiber (at least that is what the package says) pair that with a couple slices of dill pickles, (dill pickles 0 calories and 0 points) and nummmy num!
my new favorite snack
Oooh I do that! If I have it, I'll also add a couple of slices of low fat roasted deli turkey slices.
For breakfast, sometimes I'll toast up a whole wheat weight watchers english muffin and just spread on a wedge of low fat lcc instead of butter or other higher fat stuff. So good!

Even better, zap it in the microwave for 30 sec or so. It gets all warm and melty. I eat this for a snack all the time on my low calorie diet. If I can spare a few extra calories, sometimes I add sliced apples, sun-dried tomatoes, tapenade, or dijon mustard.
If you have a Trader Joe's near you, get the Laughing Cow wedges there. They are about $1.50 cheaper than the grocery stores. I think they run about $2.99.
They also have them with the other speciality cheeses in Costco...and they are about 7-8 dollars for 4 individual packages. They last forever before they expire, so I love to buy them in bulk.
My grocery store doesn't seem to carry the Laughing Cow although other locations of the chain have them. Sam's has the swiss but not the French Onion. :-(
My Sam's appears to have stopped carrying the lo-fat Babybels. I only found them once.
i just tried this today, i cooked baby carrots in beef broth, drained the broth and dropped the lowfat laughing cow swiss wedge on the carrots, mixed them up till it melted and yep! yet another nummy laughing cow treat.
Height: Tall enough for my feet to reach the ground
I didnt find any "laughing cow" but I found a different brand and they had a LIGHT choice, so I grabbed it, it is 50 cals, 7 grams protein and MAN it is GOOD. I had a wedge last night before my walk, then I had one this morning with a serving of the greek yogurt I found.
