Hi Janis! Congrats on your loss so far! Atkins realy does work! Get some low carb veggies, you need some carbs and fiber. Cheese can be constipating in large amounts for some people, especialy if you aren't eating any fiber. Getting your veggies in and lots of water will help you lose more. You will like the book, it is very informative and helpfull. Ask any questions you have here as well. We're all here for ya.
