Default is it this sad to be excited by CHEESE?

so today i was at my local market [pavilions] with a very short list.

1. watermelon
2. tofu shirataki [noodle shaped tofu: OMG it's just like fettucini]
3. laughing cow light cheese wedges [but i ALWAYS get them so i figured i didnt have to get them right away]

anyway, i ended up getting the watermelon and waiting on the cheese because they didn't have the shirataki...

on a whim i went to the ralphs [down the street but a bit more ghetto], to look for the shirataki, and to pick up the sugar free jello cups that i had forgotten to get..

anyway, lo and behold, i found the shirataki [in the shape i wanted, no less], and this tremendous selection of fat free cheese!!! i have only been able to find those rank kraft cheese slices! OMG fat free cheddar, pepper jack, mozzarella, just to name a few [made by "lifetime"].

anyway, i resisted the urge to get them all and only picked up the pepper jack because i have been craving pepper jack ever since i started this diet, and i will tell you, even though it's obviously not as fatty, it tastes pretty fracking awesome!

yay!!

I love cheese too, so I definitely don't think that it is sad! That is one thing I really like about MRC - that I get to eat real cheese

I love cheese too. And I do love laughing cow, but I get a lot of times cabot's 75% fat free cheddar cheese and thats pretty good. And my grocery store has a few fat free shredded cheeses like mozzarella and cheddar, which are good. I used the mozzarella cheese for my veggie pizza last weekend and it tasted great.
