Dh is up already and I've been kissed good morning.

My scrubs fit just fine phew!

I smell good. I slept good

Although the notion can be shaky ... I feel pretty good as a nonsmoker.


.... and that's pretty good for just a fe hours int a Wednesday.

Becauce I had a relaxing shower this morning (and I smell good, too!)

...because I have a steaming bowl of oatmeal in front of me and enough time to eat it instead of wolfing it down...

Because I got up at 7:30AM, I got a good night sleep, I am actually eating breakfast (and healthy too-cup of low fat blueberry yogurt and one small apple with water). I exercised on my bike for 20 minutes of cardio. Tonight I plan to do 45 minutes on the treadmill, and my scale said (before I ate anything or drank anything) that I was 144-145lbs! Although I'm skeptical about that as yesterday it told me I was 150..see why I need to throw it out? lol

Plus I have today off work. Wednesday hopefully will be a good day.

because I have been up since 430am and i dont feel tired!!
had a good breakfast, my boyfriend got up to make me lunch for work this morning and i have a ton of work to do to keep me busy so my work day can fly by! I went to the gym yesterday and i feel great today!

Today is a GREAT day. I got some sugars from my sugar before work, I get a my free monthly meal at work for working so hard at billing time (which will be a salad), I look good and I feel good. The sun is shining, it's warm outside and i'm OP. It is a great day!!!

oh...and i smell good also!!! hehehehe.

*I actually took the time to put a little make up on, and clothes that aren't jeans and a sweatshirt this morning...I don't feel like a frump.

*I just had a delicious fattening cappuchino (but I ate a healthy breakfast)

...because I got my hair done yesterday and I'm looking quite cute if I do say so myself.
...because I slept in a cute cami/boyshort set and woke up feeling girly
...because I'm excited to try a new recipe for dinner tonight

... because I am feeling inspired/romantic today, and plan to write my hubby a love letter
... because I just ate some brussel sprouts and they were super yummy, lol

...and because i managed to make an amazing (and quite healthy) taco salad with ingredients hiding in my fridge and cabinets

I saw this post earlier today but couldn't post anything that was good because last night my 10 yr. old senior indoor only cat snuck out when my son let the dog in. Didn't realize it till this morning and have been looking for him all day.

Can post happiness now because I found him two hours ago under the bushes. <sigh> Most cats would be purring and happy -- he is such an old curmudgeon , he just hissed and hissed at me (like I forced him to stay out all night!).

He's sleeping away and I"m sure will be a happy cat again after his 23 1/2 hr. long nap. He spent 18 hrs outside and the first thing he did when he came in? Used the litter box! LOL So yup, 4/2 turned ok after all!
