I am going to need this thread for Phase I! Since choices are limited, planning becomes more important than ever for me in this phase.
Today:
B: Asparagus and cheese omelet, coffee with milk
S: Tomato juice, nonfat Greek yogurt with almonds
L: Beef and veg stew
S: Latte and leftover veggies
D: Fireside white bean and sausage soup, roasted asparagus
S: Sugar-free jello cup and yogurt
B. oatmeal w/ dried fruit & nuts
S. Curves snack bar (it was a free sample, I would never buy these!)
L. curried butternut squash soup, sweet potato w/vegetables potato cake, wasabi for dipping
S. grapes, string cheese
D. roasted veggie medley (butternut squash, brussel sprouts, spinach, onions, pecans) drizzled with a splash of balsamic vinegar
S. nsa fudgesicle w/ ff Cool Whip

B-1 slice ezekial toast, boiled egg, provolone cheese & milk
S-SF pudding cup & coffee
L-chicken breast, mushrooms, onions, asparagus, goat cheese-mixed up & heated (leftovers made into a "casserole" in my lunch bowl & an apple w/better n' PB
S-SBD cereal bar & V-8
D-steak w/mushrooms/onions, salad & sweet pot baked "fries" & asparagus
Today:
B-garbanzo beans w/1 oz goat cheese + almonds & ~1Tbsp cilantro dressing
S-strawberries w/cool whip free
L-SBD pepperoni pizza (i've had a mad craving for pizza)
S-apple, yogurt & V-8---spread out into 2 snacks at work later today
D-WW Mozzerella, tomato & basil ravioli & veggies
S-sf ice cream bar

Schmoodle--how do you make your hot dog salad? I tried the recipe search, but it says something about 4+ letter words. Do you have a link or a quickie recipe?

Yesterday was just a weird eating day so I didn't post. I kinda grazed all day. All on plan-except that corn, but not really any real meal except dinner, which DH got take out for us from a BBQ place. Chicken, brisket, coleslaw & beans and I had 1 corn on the cob nibblet.
Today:
B-SBD cereal bar and tea
L-l/o chicken, raw broccoli with cilantro salad drsg as dip and an apple
S-V-8 and cottage cheese w/tomatoes
D-Mahi, mixed veggies & sweet pot baked "fries"
S-sf ice cream bar
