Hello ladies.

It has been far too long. For those who IM'd me checking up on me, I truly appreciate it. A lot has been going on, to say the least.

I have been more or less maintaining for a while. While I am not completely proud of that, I am also not going to let it get me down. I should have been losing, but other priorities in life took over. At least I wasn't gaining it all back, right?

I visited my friend the scale the other day, for the first time in a while, and it showed a gain I did not want to see. It's a different scale that I had been using, and I'm not sure what the number on the old one would have been (the one I originally used), but the gain was significant either way, and it made me disappointed in myself. The first thing I thought was, "I need to get back to 3FC. Those girls will keep my butt in line!" So here I am. I have been busy and a lot has been going on, but don't think for a second that I haven't had you guys on my mind throughout it all. There still aren't enough hours in the day, but I can't slack on my health, so I know I can take the time to be here.

Hopefully I'm not shunned for slacking.

When I checked back here today and saw all your welcome-backs, I'm not gonna lie...a little tear or two may have escaped. I have missed you all so much. Life has been so busy, and I probably needed the break, but I think about so many of you all the time. I don't "know" any of you, but it feels like family when I am here. This is such an awesome place. What would I ever do without you girls?

Welcome back and keep posting. We will walk with you every step of the way. Just hold our your hand.....(pretend we are 5 and we are allowed to go the bathroom for the first time ----alone-- at school. Now, doesn't that bring back memories of feeling empowered???)
