Omg,omg,omg
Weigh in day for me is Friday but I felt I should weigh myself this morning. I walked up and stepped up to the plate. I had weighed myself after the girl left and had gained a pound. I really felt good about that! I stepped up and thought something was wrong with my scale. It didn't move I set it to zero aand checked the calibration....fine no problem. I reset my doctors scale and realized with a start it wouldn't move for a blessed reason.Yes I have met one major goal I am today under 300 lbs!!!!!!
I now weigh 299 1/2 lbs. I am beside myself!!!!! After 9 and a half years I am back in the 200's and have broken through the body thermostat! After nearly four months of being totally OP and losing nothing , leaving and coming back the war I waged I have won. Now the real work begins but I am ready able, and willing.
I wrote in detail somethings I hope you will read On the 100+ message board. It is long but worth reading ....I hope. For every one who has waged a war such as this. God bless you all. By the way I was at a concert at church tonight and wore a skirt and blouse I have not worn in almost 10 years...LOL...I have to take it in. Thank God for all the work I have done recently and the ability to do it at all. Thank God for all of you, Love you
