Where did these calories come from...thank you ladies
I finally sat down and started tracking my calories with daily plate and I am shocked at the calories I am taking in even while eating healthy. I am taking in an average of 2200 - 2400 calories a day. Of course I am eating also to support breastfeeding my son so I figured I was doing good with my meals but I had no idea that it was that high. No wonder my scale is not moving. I need to reduce my calories to 1900 - 2000 to start and see if that makes a difference and go from there. I really hope this is the push I need to start seeing the pounds come off.

You are burning (if I remember right) 500 cal a day breast feeding, so that's a good thing - burning calories the easy way, feeding a cute baby. You can also get that stroller out or your Bjorn and do some walking, babies love it too, especially this time of year, spring, will be a lot to look at!
