"fudgesicle" bars....are these the right ones??
ok...so i sent my hubby to go get the fudge bars, I just want to make sure before I dive into one that he got the right kind???
they say low fat, natural colors and flavors..(they dont say sugar/fat free though
they have 60 calories, 9g of sugar and 12g carbs...seems llike alot??
are these the ones??

Sorry, Kristi, but these have too much sugar in them for SBD. They must say "no sugar added" on the package.

hmmm i didn't think 9 g of sugar was high but then i checked my healthy choice bars and they are only 2g which seems low compared to say my yogurt...
Fudgsicles naturally have sugar in them. milk sugar or lactose.
they need to be NO SUGAR
ADDED
not Sugar free. there is no such thing as sugar free fudgsicles.
fwiw I use the healthy choice fudge pops at 80 calories a bar it's almost all my sweet treat calories but they are very satisfying.

There are still some products that are no sugar added, that do not advertise on the package as no sugar added. You have to read the ingredient list (and know all of the "other" names for sugar).
