Lunch... what did you have?
Across a chunk of the US and Canada lunch is done for the day - what did you have?
Lately I've been eating this awesome salad
half romaine and half spinach
2 T of craisins
2 T of pumpkin seeds (I roast them myself - no salt)
cucumber
1/3 cup diced turkey (normally it's chicken) breast
spray salad dressing http://www.wish-bone.com/Dressings/1...naigrette.aspx
I don't know how many calories.. but it's so good!
desert square of dark chocolate - I know that is 55 calories

I had a salad -
Spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, celery, cucumbers topped with mustard (yeah I know, I'm obsessed with mustard lately)
Then I had green beans and Trader Joe's 'beef-less strips' with garlic, onions, pepper and cayenne pepper.
Unsure of calories but total meal is 2 WW points.
(oh and that was just my lunch, I have other snacks and such for the day)

Your lunches sound super yummy.
I had leftovers - a Italian-ish concoction I came up with the other night that had cannelini beans, chicken italian sausage, parmesan and mozarella, peppers, artichoke hearts, and spaghetti sauce. I love leftover lunches!

First I had some home made soup ( cabbage, celery, onions, garlic, pureed tomato, ww pasta) then a small salad, mixed lettuces, with some baked talopia. I have some plain yogurt with about 1/4 cup of fresh raspberries for later.

I had my healthier version of the delightful fish & chips. Baked lighly breaded cod and 3oz baked french fries both with ketchup. Less than 300 calories.

I had 2 low carb wrap (lavash bread) loaded with avocado, lettuce, cucumber, onion, tomato, roasted peppers, black olives, couple of thin slices of low sodium deli ham. All together came to 530 calories, but they were big and yummy, and best of all almost 1/2 the calories were from veggies!
