Default Luv "how to look good naked'

OMG... has everyone seen the Carson Kresly show... how to look good naked. I luve this show. Real women .. real bodies. I felt just like the lady on the show who shut down socially because she let herself go.

That is sooooooooo me. I refuse to be seen out in public fat. How stupid is that?!!!

Oprah had him on last week. Very very inspiring.
Check it out.

Five weeks until the beach.... yeah!

I just saw a little bit about it. Gotta love his effort at helping us all find something beautiful about ourselves!

I love that show! it helps to establish in our society that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. LOL, in the episode I saw, when a guy was asked how the woman looked he said "I think she's sexy!" and his skinny little girlfriend gave him a look like "WHAT???" And I almost died laughing.

I saw the Oprah - just the end part, but how fantastic!!

I belong to this amazing gym, yet I'm too self conscious to get my bathing suit on and join my daughter in the pool I dress so frumpy that I'm always begging my friends and family to nominate me for What Not to Wear.

Wow. I'd love to be on that show and feel like that!!

I saw him on Oprah the other day, loved it.

It was amazing how they always made themselves bigger compared to the other people.

Good to see that you don't have to be a size 2 to be appreciated.

I love this one too!
You'd think they guy was a Psychologist for how well he reaches into these women's hearts and helps them see their inner beauty (AND outer!).
There's so much JOY in this show by the end.

I absolutely LOVE that show too!! He does amazing things and it's truely eye opening how perception works against us - what we see isn't really necessarily what's there.
