Default Updates to my website.

I'm not sure where I should be posting this, as it is to do with weight loss, but not a 'specific' type of support. I'm sure someone will move it if there is a better spot for it.

I recently updated my website and a couple of things may help some people with their own challenges/doubts. I have talked a fair bit about the emotional side of weight loss and maintaining that weight loss. I have also put up a document about excess skin and how I handle it.

Of course, there are also new photos, as people have been asking me how I'm going as it's been two years since I lost my weight. There have been ups and downs, but generally things are still going GREAT!

The link for my website is in my signature.

I hope that the updates are of use to some of you. It was actually quite therapeutic to put it all down in writing. So at least it helped ME. LOL

Take care,

Zelma

Oh goody! I'm off to check it out.

You are such an inspiration to me. In January, I was feeling so down in the dumps over the weight I need to lose, and the insurmountable task it sometimes seems to be, I found your site at that time and I really became inspired!

Thank you!

I had read your story earlier and found it inspirational. Thanks for the updates. Your comments on seeking out "yourself" are very interesting. Keep up the good work.
