Not one of my favorites and quite frankly, I can't recall the last time I ate it. Recently I have been seeing the dried version of it around in lots of the stores, but I tend to stay away from that.

Anyone here into papaya?

Papaya is never a fruit I ate much. I bought some last year and it was pretty good. I just think there are a lot of fruits that are higher on my list.

Papaya is a weird one - for some reason, I just don't like the taste at all. Which is odd since I love almost every other fruit! I also think passionflower tastes funny and has an unpleasant aftertaste.

Wish I liked papaya!

Funny! I feel the same way about papayas!
I adore mangoes but papayas just don't do it for me!!

I can't even remember if I've ever had fresh papaya. I like the dried version, but sometimes it's too sweet.

It's funny. Usually we have different opinions about the food of the week, but it seems we're all pretty much on the same page with papaya.

I don't mind papaya, it's not too bad. However, I'd much rather have mango. Heavenly stuff, even on the grill!

Yeah, I had a papaya last year sometime and just went *blech!*. Definitely not one of my favorites... but mango, I love mango!
