I'm completely with all of you. Reading a bunch of post has gotten me interested reading the book everyone is talking about. ButI must say this works well for me, and its the cheapest way to lose weight. Oh, and I eat between 1500 and 2000 everyday. I believe moderate calorie intake is better than low calorie for me. I agree with MrsJim about eating close to what I'll be eating once I reach my goal.
