I just couldn't wait the full 7 days to weigh myself and I am down 7 pounds!

my hubby who is also following the diet is down that as well.

Umm quick qestion.. where do I get those weight loss tickers???

Unfortunately you have to wait 30 days and post 30 times before you can get a signature/add a ticker. But stick around, and keep lettin us know how you're doing!

oh okay thank. Will do! Im at 184 now.

I had alittle falling off the wagon after losing 50 pounds last year I ended up gaining 10 back. But now Im on the ball again and With my hubby finally dieting with me as well, Ill reach my goal. 125 here I come!

Good start!! keep up the good work. BTW the ticklers won't work with MAC. I spent a whole afternoon messing with them to no avail.

I was able to get my ticker after just a week and approx. 30 posts, so as long as you are active, you don't need to wait 30 days. A link will appear in your user control panel in the signature area (which will also appear like magic!)
