I know this is a different title for the menu thread, but I really need to start planning for more than one day at a time. I thought I was doing fine just planning my meals the night before, but I fell out of the habit when things got hectic at work. To remedy the situation, I'm going to plan for the whole week instead of just the next day. Here are my dinner plans for the week (as that is the meal I need to plan for the most!):
Monday: ham steak and steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Tuesday: turkey burgers and salad
Wednesday: spaghetti squash and pasta sauce w/ground turkey breast
Thursday: orange chicken and broccoli
Friday: probably will eat out--protein and vegetable
Saturday: broccoli, chicken, and cheese soup
Sunday: baked chicken breast w/bbq sauce, avocado, and Swiss cheese, mashed cauliflower
B- 1 over medium egg on top of boca pattie, v8 juice & 1 cup coffee
S- cheese stick
L- brown rice, boca crumbles & steamed brusel sprouts
S- small banana & protein milk
D- turket burger on top of cabbage with a side of squash
S- vanilla yogurt & almonds
