To quote the FiberOne commercial, lol. But honestly... I have drastically changed the way I have been eating, and I certainly get a lot more fiber now. I eat FiberOne or Kashi GoLean with soymilk in the morning, have a slimfast and a lowfat veggie eggroll for lunch, and usually wholegrain pasta and lean meat for dinner, with lots of fruits and veggies in between as snacks. I gotta say... I used to do the #2 thing like once every other day. Now... I am doing it like 2-3 times EVERY DAY.... is this normal? LOL Also, I tend to get very... shall we say "musical" too- will my body eventually adjust to the fiber intake?? lol, I sure hope so....

LOL. Your body will adjust to the fiber intake. I just posted in another forum how I feel that I"m not getting enough fiber and trying to figure out ways to get more. But even so, I'm getting more than I used to, and yeah, your body does ... ahem ... let you know about it.
