hello i thought i would make a place i could show some of the ups and down to keep me on track. i have tried many times to lose this weight but have put it all right back on. but this time we are going for the gold.

2004 don't know my weight here

feb 2005 198 lb

july 2006 160 lb

lost the whole picture here but was 160

1. 2008 don't mind the scissors was cutting daughter's hair
was 188

well i have lost 20lb now not much of a change but
the scale says there is

Good luck! You can do it this time! Doesn't it suck being short? I wish I was 5'9" lol. Then I wouldn't have as much to lose LOL.

thank you everyone!!!! i added a new picture today i have lost 20 lb so far. i dont see much of a difference really but hubby says he feels a difference guess that's all that counts
