Default Healthy Snacks?

For the most part I can survive without the sweets, but I am horrible when it comes to the cheesy, sour cream and onion, ranch, etc type snacks. I absolutely love the Quaker Quakes (which thankfully aren't too unhealthy), Doritos, Sunchips, etc. I know the Quakes aren't too bad and they do have Baked versions and/or 100 calorie packs in some of the snack which make them a bit more forgiveable, but do any of you have any other snack ideas that can satisfy cravings for that type of food?

Laughing Cow cheese wedges...air pop popcorn...apples (they aren't salty, but they are crunchy)

I'm more of a sugar carb-a-holic myself...

Hummus might be good with crunchy stuff like sugar snap peas or jicama.

Razz, I know just what you're talking about... I don't keep any of that food in the house. I recently bought a bag of wasabi peas at Trader Joes. I used to eat a whole bag but made it last a week. They're spicy and crunchy but low carb. I also put Tobasco sauce on 97% fat free popcorn for some flavor.

Also: carrot sticks, apple sticks, Ak-Mak crackers with tuna, Fiber One bars.

Some day I hope to have enough self control to have one serving of Cheddar & Sour Cream Ruffles...

I like the Garden of Eden Red Hot Blues tortilla chips--they're quite spicy so I don't wolf them down too fast!

I also do 94% ff microwave popcorn, greek salads w/low-fat feta, red onions and kalamata olives (just a bit of dressing) and whole wheat pretzels with basic yellow mustard as a dip.

Garden of Eden baked blue corn tortilla chips with either salsa or hummus are my favorites!
