Yet anyway. I have tons of them at home on my computer in varying weights from 300+ down to 250. My body still appears to be about the same as it was at all those weights—just the clothing styles would've changed. Instead I'm going to wait until I get to 249 and then start taking progress pics again.
This was me two years ago and I'm 3 pounds underneath that now. I think my body still looks about the same now as it did then.
I think progress pics are great and a great motivator but like I said I have a ton of them already.
