I just wanted to thank all of you whom welcomed me with open arms and words of encouragement yesterday. I weighed myself this morning and I was back at my 199. Your guys' words of encouragement kept me on track. I have been up many times while dieting, but I think the fact that I got below 200, and was so happy, going back over it was completely depressing! So, I just wanted to say
