Just trying to get used to eating right and not eating what I want. I have found the best way to combat this is eat every three hours. Keeps my blood sugar up and I don't crave bad foods. Three more weeks of express to go and I can't wait!!

Bunch of "you" lately?

Jill, we've assimilated you so quickly that even though you've only been here since January, you don't consider yourself a newbie anymore.. Too funny!

I feel like I've been here and doing this program forever. I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing

It's a long process for most people, so I know what you're feeling.. It's been especially hard for my wife, who's had some real struggles getting consistant weight loss on the plan.. You have to take the ups and downs as they come and eventually, you'll view this not so much as a diet, but as just the way you need to be living...

It totally is a way of life, and I'm starting to accept that. I've had much faster success on other programs so I get a bit frustrated at times.

But I have to keep telling myself that I couldn't stay on those programs long term and while I lost more & faster, it came right back +20 every time.

This program is just so......logical.

On a side note, I was totally thinking about you and your picture last night. I have always been a total salt fiend and I realized that there was something missing from the dinner table. It was the salt shaker. Then I started thinking, that I haven't seen it for a really long time.....weeks. I honestly don't know how long.

I have completely kicked the salt habit, which none of my friends will ever believe. My friend - conincidentally named Dan - always said that I would be happiest w/ a salt-lick around my neck.

I have you to thank! I have "STEPPED AWAY FROM THE SALT"! Thanks!
