Default Things I know...

*SIGH* I'm a little in the dumps today . Today is my weigh-in day and I am up 2.6lbs however...

I KNOW I didn't "cheat" all week
I KNOW I exercised everyday
I KNOW I drank all my water

Therefore...

I KNOW I haven't failed
I KNOW I'm improving my health
I KNOW the only option is to keep going

Onward an Upward!! (well preferably downward )

That is definitely the right attitude. I've had the same problem lately. Staying 100% on plan, getting plenty of exercise and none to minimal wt. loss or a small gain. I'm not giving up though. I know I'm doing all I can and the weight will eventually come off. I keep telling myself that I'm toning my body and that it looks better even if the scale is being ugly to me.

Great attitude! Keep up that positive attitude and you are sure to go downward on the scale. Good luck!!

Great attitude! The scale will go down eventually. With that kind of dedication on your part, it really has no choice!

Thanks for the replies gals It's nice to feel like you're not alone in this battle I'm still pretty bummed especially since it's only week 6 for me, but I'll get over it . A gain use to be an excuse to throw the towel in, but not this time!! Thanks again .
