I'm new to the forums here. I thought I'd jump in with my workout for today. I think this is just what I need to keep me accountable. I hope you don't mind me joining up!

I did my second day of Slim in 6 this morning.

My goal for the month of February is to workout a minimum of 5 days a week for at least 30-45 minutes. ETA: And also to do 1500 minutes of exercise.

107/1500

Well, I'm currently vacationing in Kentucky, so am not able to work out as normal. I did jump rope for 10 minutes and took my niece & nephew for a walk to the park. I swung for awhile, then climbed around on the playground equipment. Ended up carrying my tired 4-yr old nephew home. A bit of a workout for the back, at least.

My goal while here is to maintain... wish me luck!!

I took a nice 45 minute walk this morning. Wonderful to be somewhere I can walk in a t-shirt without freezing my buns off.... just too bad people down here never thought of a thing called sidewalks...

Meta, I'm jealous! I'd much rather have warm weather than sidewalks It reached 40 today and I was thinking about how toasty it felt for February.

65 minutes elliptical.

Been a long day here. Had to bake a dessert for hubby to take to work today. Boy is hard to not want that dessert (especially since it's my alltime favorite dessert), but I survived.

Just finished Day 3 of Slim in 6 and also WATP 4 mile challenge. I'm beat. Time for a shower and then bed.

February started with 60 min on the elliptical on Friday. Weekend had a whole lot of Wii....enough that I'm sore...so we're gonna call that another hour (it was about 3 times that, but I don't know how active all of it was...soooo we'll estimate).

Day 1 of c25k DONE! My quads are freaking killing me lol! I just ate a banana to try and help with the cramps. I did .5 mile of laps in the pool too and I tell ya, the treadmill was the easy part! OMG! I think the laps are harder because I have asthma, but hopefully I can build up to a complete mile. All and all feel proud and pretty good. it was a struggle doing both and I just kept saying to myself, YOU CAN DO THIS! and I did!
