Default One month ago today. . .
I started this weight-loss journey! A month ago, my dh and I decided together that we were going to lose some weight. I am proud of the little victories that we've made in this first month.

I am SO thankful that I found 3FC, and especially this 100 lb. Club. You guys are such a HUGE inspiration to me - those that have lost a lot of weight as well as those of you who are on the same journey that I am. Thanks for all of the encouragement.

Here's to another month on plan. . . and watching the numbers on the scale go down even more!!

Seems like you've had quite the month!!! May there be many more successfull months in your future.

Glad to have you here and benefiting from it. It is so wonderful to "speak" with people who are all on the same page and can relate to one another.

I love to celebrate the anniversaries too. Before you know it, it'll be your 2 month, then...
Here I am looking at my 9-month coming up. Can't wait to see what a year brings. In some ways, the time has just flown by.
