Goforit: You have been dealing with some tough issues and when we are in the midst of trying to pull things together for a new start, it is easy not to feel attractive and to focus on weight issues, so hope you just keep on working on your health and putting only good things in your body, which, after all, is the only one you're going to get for a lifetime!
BTW, at your height and weight, your BMI is a bit over 22, which is fabulous and healthy. If you lift weights and exercise and have a lot of muscle, you can even go up the scale somewhat because the BMI chart doesn't really apply to well-muscled people.
Go for it ... you know the drill and you know what's best for you, so I say: GO FOR IT!
