I have lost 4 pounds! I was at 173.5 last week which was up .5 from the week before. Then this morning I was at 169.5. Can you imagine how excited I was to be out of the 170s? I've now lost 30 pounds. Too bad my ticker doesn't go in half increments because I have actually lost 13.5 and have 4.5 to go before Valentine's day.
I'm not sure if it was the calorie tracking, the fact that it was indeed TOM, or the new 5 mile Walk at Home video I bought that broke me out of the 170s but whatever it was, I'll take it!
