Default What About Vitamins???

What are you taking as far as vitamins? I am currently taking Women One A Day Multivitamin and B-12

Is anyone taking a multivitamin in addition to something else like Omega 3,
B-12...etc

I take a multivitamin every day. For a while I was taking omega 3 fish oil caplets every day, because I had a free bottle, but I didn't notice any big benefits, so I didn't buy any more.

Thumbs up Multivitamin and 400 mcg Vitamin D

Daily multivitamin and 400mcg Vitamin D. Multivitamin is just in case. Vitamin D is to practice getting older, as in older people should take extra Vitamin D.

My Dr. rather neutrally says, "Can't hurt, might help."

Thumbs up Hi Schmoodle

Hi Schmoodle - I'm around, must be in a shy period

I'm trying to teach myself to cook, and am still at that early stage where I'm caught by surprise at how large a cooked volume arises from just two small pounds of dry lentils, LOL.

I take a multivitamin for older adults (No added iron), 500mg calcium, 1000mg fish oil, an aspirin and 1500mg chondroitin and glucosamine (3 pills) for arthritis. I was taking more calcium but I get so much dairy now, I probably don't need any.

I'm currently taking a multi-vitamin, 1000 mg fish oil capsules and folic acid daily and calcium on days when I don't get enough through eating.

I take a vegetarian multi-vitamin. It's my "insurance" as Denise Austin says. I'm pretty sure I get everything I need, but just in case...
